All products in your Platinum Services Annual Membership welcome kit — Belt & Wallet gift, Discount Subscription Booklet/Card, and Holiday Vouchers — will be delivered to your registered address within 7 to 10 working days from the date of enrollment and address confirmation.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of registration to avoid delays.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested under the following circumstances:

• You did not receive the promised item(s) listed in your membership declaration.
• The welcome kit was received in a damaged or incomplete condition.
• A duplicate charge or billing error occurred at the time of purchase.

To initiate a refund, contact us in writing at platinumcareinfo@gmail.com with your full name, registered phone number, membership details, and description of the issue. Verbal/telephonic complaints will not be processed.

Refund Timeline

• Refund approval communicated within 3–5 working days.
• Amount credited to original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
• Bank processing times may vary.

Holiday Voucher Cancellation

Holiday voucher bookings, once confirmed via a Letter of Confirmation, cannot be amended or cancelled by the customer. If a cancellation is required due to Platinum Services' end, alternate dates or destinations of equivalent value will be offered.

Non-Refundable Items

• Utility / handling charges (INR 499/- per holiday booking) once paid.
• Memberships where all promised benefits have been delivered in full.
• Discount booklet/card if it has been used or activated.
